E-commerce specialist
The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales for the Lucky Duck Games brand. They manage the overall look, feel, and functionality of the company’s website, and are accountable for forecasting and generating sales through online channels. This role works closely with the brand team, internal and external graphic designers, advertising agencies, customer service, and the technical team to support all aspects of the website’s operations. They also collaborate regularly with the sales and marketing teams to align on forecasts, product updates, and sales campaigns on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage all online activity related to traffic acquisition, products, sales and reporting
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy with sales managers in order to improve website performance and reach KPIs
Work with developers to improve website speed and ensure optimized mobile experience
Work with the marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
Define the advertisement strategy and the budget, oversee the agency in charge of ads to implement this strategy
Establish an SEO strategy, email marketing and social media strategy with brand managers to drive organic traffic
Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
Report on performance
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Prestashop
Nice to haves:
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics.
Experience of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation.
MarTech background, with experience managing marketing and tech teams
