Lucky Duck Games is seeking a visionary Product Owner to lead the creation and development of innovative board games for a global audience. In this role, you will drive product strategy, streamline information sharing among cross-functional teams, and ensure that our games meet both creative vision and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and refinement of product scope and vision documents, integrating strategic insights.
Drive alignment across marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure that the final product matches the established vision.
Manage the product scope within the allocated manufacturing budget, recommending adjustments as necessary.
Spearhead coordination efforts between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless product development and launch strategies.
Provide strategic guidance based on a thorough understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product meets business goals and resonates with the global board game community.
Requirements:
Previous Experience: Proven track record in a similar Product Owner or product management role.
Visionary Leadership: Ability to articulate a compelling product vision and inspire teams to achieve it.
Decision-Making: Strong judgment and decisiveness, considering both immediate and long-term business impacts.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating with stakeholders to reach consensus on project scope, priorities, and resources.
Innovation: A track record of fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within product teams.
Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business objectives, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to guide product success.
Knowledge of the board game industry: understanding its trends and market dynamics.
English Proficiency: B2/C1 level fluency required.
