We're looking for a Game Creation Manager to lead our talented, multidisciplinary team in designing and delivering high-quality, engaging board games and hybrid experiences. From initial concept through to production, you'll oversee the entire development cycle - ensuring innovation, quality, and timely execution at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead a multidisciplinary team creating both board games and hybrid board games.
Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
Project Planning & Coordination
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and milestones across all phases of development.
Coordinate resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
Ensure that all projects stay within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain clear documentation of development processes, decisions, and updates.
Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing creative teams.
Experience in project management (Agile and traditional methodologies).
Strong leadership and team integration skills.
Well-organized and self-driven, with attention to detail.
Fluent English skills (at least B2+ level).
A genuine interest in board games is definitely a plus.
