What are we we are looking for?
We’re looking for a highly engaged, hands-on Finance Manager (responsible for finance & HR) who’s excited to help shape the future of an international gaming brand, right from our hub in Warsaw, Poland.
As our new Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, owning core finance operations, and helping us scale efficiently and sustainably.
Responsibilities:
Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
Monitor cash flow, cost structures, and profitability to drive sustainability.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Optimize financial processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance with business objectives.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
Oversee and approve payroll lists, maintain HR policies, and review/sign HR and legal documents
Job requirements
Core Requirements:
Master degree in finance.
8+ years of experience in finance, ideally in one or more of the following areas:
Finance advisory / M&A / Transaction Services / Financial controlling.
Strong technical finance skills, including:
Financial modelling
Forecasting & budgeting
Solid understanding of business drivers and how finance connects with commercial strategy.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Ops, Product).
Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
