What are we we are looking for? 

We’re looking for a highly engaged, hands-on Finance Manager (responsible for finance & HR) who’s excited to help shape the future of an international gaming brand, right from our hub in Warsaw, Poland.

As our new Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, owning core finance operations, and helping us scale efficiently and sustainably. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth. 

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

  • Monitor cash flow, cost structures, and profitability to drive sustainability.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Optimize financial processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance with business objectives.

  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.

  • Oversee and approve payroll lists, maintain HR policies, and review/sign HR and legal documents

Job requirements

Core Requirements:

  • Master degree in finance. 

  • 8+ years of experience in finance, ideally in one or more of the following areas:

    • Finance advisory / M&A / Transaction Services / Financial controlling. 

  • Strong technical finance skills, including:

    • Financial modelling

    • Forecasting & budgeting 

  • Solid understanding of business drivers and how finance connects with commercial strategy.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Ops, Product).

  • Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
